We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a talented front-of-house team.
Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and delivering a polished dining experience in a sophisticated, high-profile environment.
You will be part of a highly acclaimed restaurant by a celebrated chef, in a charming Berkshire location, working alongside a talented, motivated team delivering hospitality at the highest level.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional hospitality at all times
- Coordinate reservations, seating, and special events, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to
- Monitor and maintain standards across service, presentation, and atmosphere, upholding the restaurants esteemed reputation
- Assist with implementing seasonal menus, service initiatives, and special events that enhance the guest experience
