SF Recruitment are working with a great business in Derby who are seeking a Systems Training Specialist to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis. You'll play a crucial role in facilitating the learning and development of our clients key accounts on various systems and software. You will provide exceptional customer service and a fantastic training experience for some of their biggest key accounts across the UK. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Derby and paying up to £25,000 with fantastic development and career progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to different levels of expertise and learning styles.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate our customers on the functionalities and best practices of our systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and continuously iterate on training approaches to improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to employees as they navigate through system-related challenges or questions.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates of our systems to incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires by delivering system training modules as part of their orientation.
  • Keep in touch with key accounts regarding new system updates/changes.

Skills required:

  • Proven experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency in various systems and software applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional learning experiences to others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sociable and outgoing personality
  • Proven customer service/account management experience
