Sonic Summary

The HSE Manager will report to the site Operations Director and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental performance at a leading FMCG Manufacturing facility.
The role requires a high level of NEBOSH qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in food manufacturing.
Responsibilities include developing behavioral safety practices, managing HSE systems, and providing strategic support for plant growth and CAPEX projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, particularly with ISO14001:2015, and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to HSE.

Reporting to the site Operations Director, the HSE Manager will have full autonomy for all Health, Safety and Environmental performance for a complex and industry leading FMCG Manufacturing facility. With a small team you will lead on driving best in class behavioural and systems-led HSE.

Profile

High level of NEBOSH qualification

Demonstrable experience in developing health and safety metrics and cultures
Strong environmental awareness
