As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of a proactive and efficient payroll team, responsible for end-to-end payroll, client management and maintaining compliance and delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the complete payroll lifecycle - weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually - for a diverse UK client base
- Ensure timely and accurate RTI submissions and year-end reporting for HMRC compliance
- Build strong client relationships
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
Skills & Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years' experience in a busy payroll role, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment
- Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pension auto-enrolment
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Confident communicator and proactive team player
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
