We're working in partnership with a forward-thinking client who is looking to appoint an experienced QA Team Leader to join their quality team. Reporting directly to the QA Manager and based within the technical function, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven individual looking to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the QA team to ensure all quality assurance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
-Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the site at all times.
-Support the QA Manager in maintaining food safety standards and responding to incidents swiftly and effectively.
-Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
-Take an active role in all internal audits and ensure the site remains audit-ready at all times.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within the QA team.
