SERVICE COORDINATOR
We are looking for an energetic and talented Service Coordinator to join our team.
You will work within our service operations team scheduling planned maintenance visits, emergency call outs and repairs. The role involves working closely with Field Service Engineers, Managers, customers and suppliers and so the successful candidate will be a strong communicator and a flexible thinker.
Sunfish is a specialist fire safety and electronic security company based in Melbourne, Derbyshire. The Company is third party accredited and has an established & rapidly growing client base including the NHS, police authorities, universities, local government, housing associations and major commercial organisations.
Service Coordinator responsibilities:
Scheduling planned maintenance visits and responsive repair service visits
Customer call handling, dealing with orders and enquiries
Coordinating Field Service Engineer activity
Sales order processing, order shipping and invoicing
Other duties as required
Service Coordinator skills & experience:
Strong communicator, both verbally and written
Able to balance several different tasks and as such should be able to manage time and priorities
Has strong problem solving skills and is able to work under pressure
Displays a 'can do' attitude and has a flexible approach in a dynamic environment
Enjoys dealing with people, creating and maintaining relationships and has a confident and pleasant telephone manner
Possesses proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
The role is office based at our facilities in Melbourne, Derbyshire and is full time.
