Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager or Director of Operations

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our hotel team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant's front-of-house operations, including service staff, ambiance, and customer experience
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor costs
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, promotions, and events
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, wine, and cocktails
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant hospitality qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HND)
