Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst on behalf of a highly reputable company in the animal health and nutrition industry to work in their Research and Development team. This role is an initial 12 month contract with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis at their offices based at Waltham on the Wolds, Leicestershire.

The successful Business Analyst will join the Research and Development team. You will be responsible for analysing system processes and ways of working at Waltham Petcare Science Institute. Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations.

  • Work closely with site teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Assist in the development of project plans, track progress, and conduct simulations and data analysis to support decision-making.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit and define requirements.

  • Support the implementation of new business processes and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices..

Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Business Analyst Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Proven ability to solve problems and think critically.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
