Duties:

This is a dual-role position with a 70/30 split between warehouse operations and shunting duties. The warehouse duties will consist of wrapping pallets and individual items and then loading them onto vehicles ready for the morning's deliveries.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

Wrapping pallets and individual items securely
Loading goods onto vehicles for next-day deliveries
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Shunting Responsibilities:

Moving Class 2 demount vehicles on and off-loading bays
Swapping boxes between vehicle bodies
Supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet
Full training will be provided for all shunting tasks.

What you'll need:

Valid Class 2 (LGV C) licence
In date Driver's CPC card
In date Digital Tachograph card
Excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to assist with the changing day to day needs of the business
