Key Responsibilities of the Partner Relationship Manager:

Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.

Promote the organisation’s services, ensuring partners understand and fully benefit from available solutions.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and account activity via CRM platforms.

Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and responsive service experience.

Compile account insights and reports to inform decision-making and optimise partner engagement strategies.

Stay informed on industry trends and translate insights into value-added conversations with partners.

Contribute to ongoing service improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
About You as the Partner Relationship Manager:

Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within account management, business development, or partnerships.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and professional approach.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.

Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to exceed partner expectations.

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage relationships.

Willingness to travel across the UK to maintain strong partner connections.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
