What You’ll Be Doing:As Unit Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of one of our residential units supporting staff, coordinating care, and making sure every resident receives the dignity, attention, and compassion they deserve.You’ll manage rotas, oversee medication orders and administration (non-clinical), carry out regular audits, and be the go-to person for your team. You’ll foster a culture of accountability and warmth leading by example and championing high standards in every detail.Working closely with our Home Manager, Clinical Leads, and wider senior team, you’ll help shape a home that feels calm, consistent, and well-organised even on the busiest days.Why The Amwell?We’re more than just a care home we’re a thriving community built on respect, trust, and genuine relationships.
