Creative Artworker - Permanent Role (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Location: East Leicestershire (Burrough on the Hill)

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing creative production agency based in the East Midlands. They are seeking an experienced Creative Artworker to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role offers the chance to work across two key areas: large format print production and supporting the development of 2D design for retail and experiential activations.

As a Creative Artworker, you'll play a pivotal role in the agency's creative production team, collaborating with creative, account, and print production teams to bring retail and event projects to life. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously and take designs from brief through to production, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead artwork creation within the print production team, merging design skills with pre-press expertise.
  • Create and process graphic designs across physical and digital formats, including mock-ups, print files, and presentation decks.
  • Ensure designs are production-ready and meet all requirements for large format printing and finishing.
  • Support the development of 2D assets for retail, experiential, and OOH campaigns.
  • Contribute to deck design and the creation of branded content.
  • Manage multiple revision rounds with precision and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of large format print production and processes.
  • Proven ability to prepare print-ready files accurately and quickly.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency or production house environment.
  • Working knowledge of RIP software/print/finishing processes is a bonus.
  • An interest in sustainability and material innovation is a plus.
