What Youll Do
* Lead & Inspire Guide and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and a guest-first culture.
* Drive Performance Maximise revenue, manage costs, and contribute to commercial success.
* Shape Experiences Be hands-on, ensuring every guest leaves impressed.
* Support Events Help deliver seamless weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
Who Were Looking For
* Proven leaders: Experienced in fine dining or 4-star hotel restaurant/bar management
* Rising stars: Assistant Managers/Supervisors ready to step into a senior role
* Commercially savvy with experience in budgeting, cost control, cellar management, and rotas
