In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure financial processes are accurate, compliant, and completed on time. From updating journals and reconciling invoices to supporting GDPR admin and fixed asset records, you'll be involved in a wide range of essential finance tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Access online banking portals, retrieve statements, and input payments.
  • Update cash books and process financial journals.
  • Maintain and update supplier bank details in the internal system.
  • Assist with the fixed asset register and other finance records.
  • Support GDPR administrative tasks and the Data Protection Officer.
  • Contribute to financial analysis and support monthly account preparation.

 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Experience in a finance or accounts environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident use of Excel (basic and intermediate functions).
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a finance role.
