Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client, one of the UK's leading fresh prepared food manufacturers, specialising in the supply of fresh, convenient food to major retail and food service customers.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Chichester.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £12.24 per hour
- Nights £13.40 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, your duties include:

- Ensuring zero food safety/ H&S issues within the line
- Efficient use of utilities, resources, and minimising waste
- Ensuring their department meets the pre-agreed KPIs
- To ensure the efficient and effective throughout of the product in the working area whilst meeting customer quality expectations and adhering to Food Safety/Health & Safety guidelines and procedures.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have a positive attitude and be motivated and driven. You will have good organisational and time-keeping skills and be a team player.

No previous experience necessary as full training is provided.
