Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to work in South Wales:

A Band 6 physiotherapist in inpatient Orthopaedics plays a key role in ensuring high standards of care, delivering advanced physiotherapy treatments, and contributing to the leadership and professional development of the physiotherapy team.

Summary of Key Skills needed:

  • • Advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis.• Specialized treatment protocols for Orthopaedic conditions.• Patient-centred communication and education.• Leadership and supervision of junior staff.• Evidence-based practice and participation in audits/research.• Comprehensive understanding of Orthopaedic pathologies and post-operative care.• High-level collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.• Strong focus on patient safety, functional mobility, and independence.
