Administrator - Construction Skills (CSCS)

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £23,971 per annum

The Role

As a CSCS Administrator you will work as part of a dynamic and proactive team, in this fast paced and varied role, providing a high level of administrative support to the Colleges administration team.

Your role will be aligned to the CSCS testing centre based at Rotherham College and you will support the management and construction teams to achieve a number of key priorities. These will include the planning, booking and organisation of the CSCS test centre, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that test related documentation is managed and submitted in a timely manner. You will be working/communicating with external employers, partners and clients to promote the reputation of the College.

You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. This role will demand a high level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You will have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a construction and/or further education setting.
  • You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths and a minimum Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent.
  • You will have experience of working in a methodical and organised manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and associated packages, being able to demonstrate high level of organisational and IT skills.

Department Info

You will report in to the Director of Campus and Curriculum Manager for the area and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the testing provision.
