£23,809.50 + Hybrid + Training + Monday-Friday

Are you looking for a Customer Service Advisor role and looking to join an industry leading software company that operates in over 130 countries, where you will receive specialist training on the companies bespoke software?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or Customer Service Advisorto join a global software company currently providing procurement solutions to over 800 clients, and 3 million users around the world as they look to add to their team.

In this role, the successful Customer Service Advisor will respond to inbound enquiries by telephone and email on the First Line Support help desk following through to ticket resolution and liaising with the relevant departments to allow for ticket resolution.

The role would suit either a recent Graduate or someone with some experience in Customer Service that is looking to join a specialist software company where you will receive full training.
