I'm currently working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Rotherham to recruit for an HR Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team.
This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to £27,000.
Key Responsibilities:-
Process new starters and leavers

Monitor and record attendance

Coordinate probation review meetings

Maintain company car documentation
-
Support health and wellbeing initiatives

Provide administrative support for recruitment activities

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration (HR experience desirable but not essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
