Adept Resourcing are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our client's HR team on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain or build on their HR experience in a busy and supportive environment.
About the Role:
The HR Administrator will support the team during a period of growth and change, providing essential administrative support across all HR functions. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR administrative support
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Support HR projects and internal communications
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
Requirements:
- Business Administration qualification
- Experience working within a HR team or CIPD qualification (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
