The Receptionist will provide a high-quality service on a busy reception desk, answering phone calls and signing in visitors. They will also support with new learner enrolments as well assist with recruitment events.Main Duties of the Receptionist:* Provide the first point of contact for members of the public, visitors, students and staff. * Undertake reception duties in a professional and courteous manner.* To respond to incoming calls in a positive and professional manner. To deal with all queries as far as possible and if referring on, to provide the next member of staff with sufficient information to deal with the query.* To follow up on queries to ensure the customer (potential learners, employers and stakeholders) receive all the required information to help them make decisions in a timely fashion. * To support enrolment days, working with the curriculum teams to ensure learners receive a positive experience and are successfully enrolled onto the course of their choice.
