We are currently recruiting on behalf of a family run business based in Mexborough , Rotherham.
You will be taken under the wing of experts within the Metal Recycling industry offering support and training to ensure you have a successful, long-term career within their family run business.

Role responsibilities:
- Stripping down and sorting a variety of metals, raw materials
- Using tools such as grinders, saws and alligator shears to prepare materials for recycling
- Separating a variety of materials in a ferrous and non-ferrous area
- Loading and unloading materials from vehicles
- Ensure the working area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Adhering to company procedures and health and safety standards at all time.
- Various other duties may be required once fully trained
Role requirements:
- Successful candidates MUST be looking for a long-term career.
- Candidates must have a good attitude and be willing to learn
- Candidate must be numerate and literate due to demands of role.
- Candidate must be fit and healthy due to the physical demands of the role
- Previous experience within a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK Driving License beneficial but no essential. Â
- Experience using FLT/ advantageous but not a necessity.
- Resilient ‘can do’ attitude’
- Excellent eye for details
