• Deliver engaging and adaptive lessons tailored to the needs of children with various learning difficulties, all of whom have an Education Health Care Plan.
• Work closely with a dedicated team to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate students.
• Collaborate with other professionals to plan and coordinate effective interventions.
• Regularly assess and record student progress, adapting strategies as needed to optimise learning outcomes.

• Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills, specifically within SEN settings.
• Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• A confident, passionate approach to education, with a desire to go above and beyond for each child.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies.
