Day-to-day of the role:

  • Regularly assess and record student progress, adapting strategies as needed to optimise learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills, specifically within SEN settings.
  • Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • A confident, passionate approach to education, with a desire to go above and beyond for each child.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies.
