- Responsible for daily inspection, facility and inventory management and admin supplier management.
- Formulate visitor rules and manage related on-site visitor registration, meeting room, access card and other records.
- Responsible for staff health & safety coordination, travel arrangement and travel/visitor visa applications.
- Manager accommodations and allocations for UK projects and employees/staff
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager/supervisor.
- Responsible for on-site vehicle management, including, coordination of usage, maintenance scheduling and registration tracking
