Role Overview:
The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Comply with HACCP and health and safety procedures.
- Control stock levels and food ordering to minimise wastage.
- Follow and maintain Food Safety Management Procedures.
- Recruit, monitor, and train staff.
- Analyse market trends to develop and update menus.
- Liaise with floor staff and other departments for smooth service.
- Optimise outlet profitability and control costs in line with the budget.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Level 2 in Health & Safety and HACCP.
- Food Safety Level 3 certification.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in relevant culinary disciplines.
