Teaching Assistant - Flexible Daily Supply

Contract: Zero Hours - Flexible Daily Supply
Key Stages: EYFS - KS2 (Primary Age Groups)
We are currently seeking a flexible and reliable Teaching Assistant to work on a daily supply basis in primary schools across the TS3 area of Middlesbrough. This is a zero-hours contract, perfect for candidates who are looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments, whilst still gaining valuable school-based experience.
The role will involve:
Supporting pupils across all primary year groups (EYFS - KS2)
Working with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
Assisting with classroom behaviour management and general classroom duties
Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
A minimum of 6+ months UK classroom-based experience (essential)
A good understanding of the primary curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
A valid, enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
