Job Overview

Reed HR are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic international HR team on a 6-month FTC basis. This role provides comprehensive support across the full employment lifecycle and plays a key part in delivering HR initiatives, including the implementation of the new HR transformational project, Workday. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and contribute to both local and international HR projects, ensuring alignment with employment law and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR support across the full employment cycle, including:

    • Recruitment and Selection
    • Absence Management
    • Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures
    • Learning and Development
    • Succession Planning and Talent Management
    • Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
    • Health and Wellbeing
    • Exit and Offboarding Processes
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of Workday, including maintaining the UK Workday Knowledge Base.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with current employment legislation and best practices.

  • Draft and update HR procedures and documentation in line with legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with international HR colleagues on cross-border projects and initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Candidate specification

  • Proven expertise in managing and administering Workday systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in drafting HR procedures and policies.
