About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the success of our IT department, combining technical support and working in an ambitious technical team.

Key Responsibilities -

* Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems* Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner* Working with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems

Skills Required -

* Previous experience within an IT Support setting* Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365* Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues* Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
