Due to continued expansion is looking for a Personal lines insurance Handler

Duties of the Personal Lines Insurance Handler

• Initially you will?provide sales and service for personal lines?customers converting quotes into new and additional?business. As you gain more experience our client will train you in Commercial classes so you can assist their business customers.?

• Review customer policies and help retain business?

• Process all customer instructions for policy amendments?

• Record and manage customer leads using our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics?

• Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities?

• Initiate proactive sales activity to create new business opportunities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of General Insurance products, as applicable to product?licences?

• Spot opportunities to introduce customers to cross sell products and provide referrals

Requirements for the position

• Professional, Hardworking with an attention to detail and a 'Can Do’ attitude

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks

• A confident and effective communicator both verbal and written

• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to company systems

• A minimum of 5 GCSE passes ( grade 4 or C above or equivalent ) which must include Maths and English.
