We are currently recruiting for an Office receptionst to support the Managing Director and manage budgets and suppliers.

This is a flagship Infrastructure scheme in the Middlesbrough area.

Job duties:

Core Competencies Required:
1. Customer Service Excellence - A professional and welcoming approach to all visitors and staff.
2. Organisation & Efficiency - Proven ability to manage tasks, schedules, contractors, and resources effectively.
3. Problem Solving - Operational troubleshooting of issues related to facilities, office services, and compliance.
4. Communication & Team Collaboration - Strong skills in liaising with multiple stakeholders, including site managers, HSES teams, and contractors.
5. Health & Safety Knowledge - Familiarity with H&S protocols to manage site safety arrangements confidently.
6. Detail-Oriented Process Management - Competence in record-keeping, reporting, and policy adherence databases to ensure compliance.
