Randstad are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Child Protection Senior Practitioner to join our team in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough assessments of children at risk.
- Developing and implementing child protection plans.
- Working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Providing support and guidance to families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings.
- Significant experience working within child protection.
- Relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work).
- HCPC registration is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
- A commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
