A leading manufacturing company is looking to expand and bring in an Extrusion Operator to strengthen the team. The business is continuing to grow, investing a lot back into facilities, package details and offers lots of training/development opportunities including a 3-month training program. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person with manufacturing experience to join a well-established team.
Role Description
* Maintain production of extrusion lines supporting Lead Operator
* Follow all H&S and hygiene rules
* Processing raw materials, de-bagging and following customer specifications
* Removing finished product, palletising and packaging accordingly
* Removal of waste product and manage correctly
* Record production and work on ways to improve/streamline process
* Assist with machine deep cleans
Skills and Qualifications
* Manufacturing experience is highly desired
* Working in a team environment
* Following H&S procedures
* Experience working to set KPIs
* Experience logging and managing production data
* Willingness to improve and develop
