Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? Adecco is recruiting for a dedicated Waste Operative on behalf of our client based in Midhurst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is committed to maintaining cleanliness and safety within waste management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively within the waste area, completing all tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Operate a pressure washer to clean surfaces in line with health and safety regulations.
- Support waste collection and disposal processes, ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Proactively identify areas requiring attention or maintenance.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts will be either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to carry out manual duties and operate equipment safely.
- A reliable team player with good communication skills.
- Previous waste or outdoor operations experience is beneficial but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
