The Role
You’ll be delivering personalised learning to students who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Speech and Language Needs (SLCN), and associated learning needs. From Early Years through to Key Stage 4, your role will make a real difference to the students' lives.

- EYFS Teacher
- Early Years Assistant (SEN)
- Early Years Practitioner (SEN)
- SEN Teacher (KS1/KS2)

Key responsibilities and opportunities include:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons tailored to meet diverse needs.
- Work in small classes with a high level of support from Teaching Assistants and Therapists.
- Create a communication-rich, emotionally safe, and structured learning environment.
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, therapeutic planning, and school-wide development initiatives.
