A well-regarded fabrication firm in Mildenhall, Suffolk is currently recruiting MIG Welders for its night shift team. This role offers the chance to work on precision projects in a workshop that prioritises quality and teamwork. Whether you're NVQ certified or bring solid workshop experience, you'll be welcomed into a business that invests in its staff. Starting from 16+ p/hour, with strong overtime options and potential for development, it's an excellent opportunity for welders looking to step into a stable, long-term role.
MIG Welder (Nights) Duties:
- MIG Welding mild and stainless steel
- Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication
- Prepping metal components for welding
- Handling basic fabrication tasks
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assembly
Pay, Hours & Benefits:
- 2pm-10pm or 4pm-2am
- 16-18+ p/hour (Depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday
- 30 days holiday after a successful probation
