Your new role

You will work on projects for SPEN - Manweb

Carry out installation of electrical equipment from LV to 132kV.

Cary out installation of LV boards, power and lighting

Working on the SPEN substations.

Protection panel installation and wiring.

Install multi core cabling

Install containment for electrical systems.

About you

Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s):

  • Qualified electrician - 18th Edition BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.

  • 2391 inspection and testing (preferred)

  • Must be time served and hold a current JIB Card

Knowledge & Experience:

  • An understanding of Electrical Power System.

  • Previous experience working on a DNO network/ HV private networks preferred but not essential (Training provided)

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Driven.

  • Ambitious.

  • Ability to work proactively on your own or in a team.

  • Safety conscious.

  • Ability to learn new skills.

  • Ensure work is to a high standard when working on client sites.

  • Work well as part of a team.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
