Office Administrator
Concept are currently recruiting for a Administrator to work alongside the Service Delivery Manager to work on a key project throughout 2025. You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment bookings
- Maintain schedules
- Data entry
- Monitor inbox and respond accordingly, dealing with queries and urgent requirements
- General Admin support
What are we looking for?
- Proficient when using excel / word and teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills and thorough attention to detail
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
The Package
- 12.21 per hour
- 30 hours per week
- Office / Remote working
- Monday - Friday
- Option to go FTC or Umbrella - initial 3 month contract
