Job Title: Temporary Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Stony Stratford
Contract Type: Temporary (Duration: 19th May - 23rd May)
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 9am to 5.15pm
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Temporary Conveyancing Secretary to join a busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with experience in conveyancing support to assist in ensuring the smooth progression of residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage client files
- Draft and process legal correspondence
- Organize and maintain legal documents and records
Client Communication
- Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide updates and manage client expectations throughout the transaction
Support with Searches
- Assist with conducting and chasing property searches
- Gather and collate necessary information for the conveyancing process
Liaising with Stakeholders
Quality Personnel acting as an Employment Agency & Business (rated as one of the top 3 Agencies in Milton Keynes for the 5th year running!).
