Office Administrator - Science & Technology - Milton Keynes - 26000 - 30000 depending on experience
Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an OfficeAdministrator for a Science and Technology business based in Milton Keynes
As Office Administrator you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the office whilst providing support to all departments including operations, sales and marketing and human resources.
Key responsibilities of this variedrole include :
Co-ordinating Facilities Management
Supporting the Marketing function
Looking after visitors to the office
Managing the Events calendar
Helping with HR, Health & Safety & Quality documentation
Supporting the management team on an ad hoc basis
Fleet car administration
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a minimum of 2 years experience within a busy administrative environment where ideally you have utilised Microsoft Word,Excel & Powerpoint to a proficient standard and ultimately be a good, proactive and efficient team player with strong attention to detail.
