Description
Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Match, batch, and code invoices in line with purchase orders and delivery notes
- Prepare and run weekly and monthly supplier payment runs (BACS/CHAPS)
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage the AP inbox and respond to internal and external queries promptly
- Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve invoice or delivery issues
- Assist with month-end close tasks including accruals and ledger reconciliations

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
