Our client is seeking motivated and dynamic Production Technicians with a minimum of one year’s experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Successful applicants will be required to comply with cGMP and Health & Safety regulations at all times, support the production team in meeting manufacturing schedules, and follow all relevant procedures, including SOPs, QRs, and batch manufacturing records.

The Production Technician will be methodical, well-organised, and possess strong attention to detail. The ability to accurately document cGMP-related events and report any incidents is essential.

The Production Technician will hold a BSc in Life Sciences or a related discipline, along with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role ideally within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry—and demonstrate a good understanding of cGMP principles.

The role suits individuals who thrive in a team environment, show initiative, and maintain a flexible and positive attitude. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Experience or knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards will be a distinct advantage.
