Production Operative
Location: Wymbush, Milton Keynes
Pay: £12.21 per hour (with a pay increase after 12 weeks)
Hours: 06:00–18:00, Monday to Thursday
Overtime: Available but never compulsory

Looking for a role where you can work as part of a tight-knit team and build a long-term future? This Production Operative position could be spot on.

You’ll be working in a team of 2–4, moving metal materials through various stages of the production process. Materials range from 6kg to 40kg, and anything heavier is always done as a two-person lift — safety comes first.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Handling and moving metal components

• Working closely with your team to keep production running smoothly

• Following safe lifting practices at all times

• Keeping your area tidy and organised

• A solid, reliable work ethic

• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

• Comfort with physical work (all lifting is supported and risk assessed)

• Team players who enjoy working with others

• Pay increase after 12 weeks
