Sonic Summary

Our Facilities Management client is seeking a temporary employee for approximately 4 weeks.
The primary responsibilities include managing reactive engineer and sub-contractor jobs, responding to unplanned issues or breakdowns.
The role also involves building quotes, liaising with internal parties regarding invoicing and billing queries, and managing paperwork on the CAFM system, Maximo (knowledge of Maximo is not essential).
Candidates with experience in facilities management or scheduling engineers will have a significant advantage.
