What You'll Be Doing as a Head Chef:
- Leading a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and care
- Making sure every dish leaves the pass looking spot-on and tasting amazing
- Training, developing, and motivating your crew to be their best
- Running smooth, efficient shiftseven when its busy
- Keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and fully compliant

- A proven leader from a Head Chef or Senior Sous background
