Sous Chef (live in option available)
Having been established for over 17 years, Fratelli is an award-winning Italian restaurant with three locations, two in Ampthill and one in Woburn, Bedfordshire.

Our Chefs are responsible for:
- Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.
- Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.
Using your prior culinary experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

- Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role

Experience:Â Kitchen: 2 years (preferred)

Job duties:
- Recording food temperatures
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
- Menu planning
