Our products are recognised for their quality and reliability. This role is situated within a purely business-to-business environment, working with friendly, professional colleagues and customers.
Day to Day of the Role:- Respond promptly and professionally to basic sales enquiries and customer enquiries which may come via email or by telephone.
- Qualify enquiries by telephone or email to establish the customers' needs.
- Prepare and send out basic quotes in response to customer requests.
- Respond to customer queries to clarify technical requirements, costs, and lead times.
- Update the CRM accurately and efficiently ensuring data correctness and relevancy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, for which training will be provided.
- Experience in successful telephone-based/internal sales.
- Experience of providing quotes for customers in a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships internally and with clients.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.
- Experience of using CRM software would be an advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability are required to support colleagues and clients at all times.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week within an 08:00 – 18:00 window.
- Holidays: 25 days plus the 8 Bank Holidays = 33-day Holiday per annum.
