My client is an industry-leading contractor seeking a Site Manager for a long-term demolition project in Cambridge.
The role requires a minimum of 8 years of management experience, specifically in demolition projects for specialist contractors.
Candidates must possess CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and ideally NVQ Level 6 qualifications.
Salary rates are negotiable, and the position is available for an immediate start.
The Site Manager will be responsible for site supervision, compliance with health and safety, and managing materials and labor.

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term demolition project based in Cambridge.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)

• Highly experienced in demolition projects for specialist contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
