Day to Day for a Credit Controller:

Review and manage credit terms across a broad customer base
Follow and enhance established credit control procedures
Produce and analyses weekly, monthly, and daily reports
Post and allocate cash receipts daily using the cashbook
Manage and resolve all customer enquiries from start to resolution
Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure payments are received on time
Support both internal and external audits
Manage key and national account returns processes
Handle credit and debit requests professionally and efficiently
Respond to email enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales Ledger reports
Review and process customer orders with attention to detail
