Production Operative – Night Shift

Location: Blakelands, Milton Keynes

Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: £16.43 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and handling small, delicate components
• Assembling products according to set specifications and procedures
• Maintaining quality control throughout the production process
• Accurately recording production data and reporting any issues
• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
• Working as part of a collaborative and efficient team

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced setting
