What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analysing financial results to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies. You will present these insights to leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities that impact the business. Your role will be instrumental in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also evaluate investments, projects, and initiatives to drive profitability and efficiency. A core part of your role will involve refining financial reporting capabilities and supporting the training of regional staff on key financial systems.

  • Analyse financial results to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies
  • Present financial and operational performance insights to leadership
  • Play a key role in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Evaluate investments, projects, and initiatives to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Refine financial reporting capabilities and support the training of regional staff on key financial systems
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial routines
  • Support month-end and year-end closure processes in partnership with the accounting team
